(And “pluralism”—the belief in many different but equally important approaches to reality—can be taken to its limit, where it becomes “relativism”: the belief that there are only multiple approaches, with absolutely no universal or globally unified approaches, no “Big Pictures” that are true for everybody, just local, culturally constructed beliefs.
